Spend the morning in a traditional Riad and cook your own Moroccan meal with the NOOR TRAVELS Chef. Our culinary exploration starts at 10am, with us meeting at the traditional Riad. We’ll have tea and discuss the menus, to suit everyone’s taste (dairy restrictions and vegetarian options will be available). Time to head out to the nearby local market and have some fun ! You’ll get some pocket money and be charged with choosing the vegetables, meat and spices. On the way back to the Riad, stop at a local Farnatchi oven and see how each family’s bread is being baked. Back at the home, pull up your sleeves ! Let’s start our workshop ; clean and peel the vegetables and set the table to later start cooking. A couple of hours later, voila ! Your Moroccan Tagine or couscous is ready. Enjoy your lunch in the living room or patio of the house. Account for 4- 5 hours for the whole experience.
